When it comes to scrap metal, no one is more passionate than the Schultz family. In the 1950's, Rod's grandfather started in the scrap metal business and Rod's father carried it on. The family tradition continues as Rod, with determination and an abundance of energy, follows in their footsteps.

Rod started his career at his father's yard in Salem Oregon when he was ten years old. He eventually started doing his own on-site contracting jobs and demolition. His ambition and hard work led him to open his own scrap yard, Pacific Recycling, Inc., in Eugene, Oregon. His relentless efforts and beleif in treating customers with honesty and integrity has paid off, giving PRI an honorable standing in the community.

Today Pacific Recycling, Inc. is still a family business that employs over 40 people. With efficient equipment, a fleet of trucks, and a professional crew & staff, PRI processes ferrous and non ferrous scrap metal, accomodating both domestic and overseas demands.
